The firm established in 1963 providing four decades of experience and service. RSA’s two principals, Lawrence C. Apgar and James S. Oliver serve as principal-in-charge for each project undertaken by the firm. One principal is the prime contact with each client and maintains a close relationship throughout the duration of the job. He supervises and oversees all aspects of the project from preliminary design development through project closeout. The guidance and close involvement with RSA’s in-house architects, designers and consultants during all phases of the project insure satisfaction of the project’s objectives.
